Short girl problems - from my point of view!

As a member of the vertically challenged community I am prone to many a problem. Some people might get offended when they get asked their age when they buy a 12 rated film but not me, I have developed a great sense of humour about the whole thing so what better to do than compile a list of all the problems that I come across on a regular basis because of my height!

  1. If I want something from the top shelf in the cupboard or a pan down from the shelf on the wall, you can bet that I'm climbing on something to get them. Trust me my calf muscles are great because of it!
  2. I am automatically an arm rest for anyone that decides to utilise that. When I was an altar girl at church I even became a bible rest for the vicar - love ya father haz!
  3. I constantly walk into the door handle with the top of my arm and it literally feels like I've been shot every time!
  4. When it rains (good old british weather), I always have to move my umbrella to a side when I walk past others, just so that I don't take someones eye out with it.
  5. I'm forever being asked to prove my age, not just when I'm buying alcohol either, I've been asked for my ID for buying energy drinks, 12 rated DVDs, 15 rated films at the cinema, you name it, if it has an age restriction I've been asked for it!
  6. When I get a photo with one of my friends, they have to bend down so we can both be in it, or the person taking it needs to be really far away!
  7. Unless I am in the 4 foot part of the pool, I'll be getting the best exercise ever because I'm doing my best to keep afloat
  8. Unless they're 3/4 length, my jeans/leggings and such will be rolled up, there is no chance that I'll wear them at there normal length because I think it makes me look even shorter than I am.
  9. On the topic of clothes, a lot of clothes for someone my body shape aren't always tailored to my body length (unless in the petite section of course) and this means that I end up with cloves that look way too long on me!
  10. Mirrors for people of average height are always a problem for me too, I have to tiptoe just to see more than my forehead, it's like am I a vampire cause I have no reflection? Nah Im just 4'11.
  11. On the same kind of wavelength, the counters at the pizza shop are ridiculous too, I can only just about see to order my kids pizza special!
  12. I always get the most shocked look in the world when I tell adults my age, followed by them asking my mum 'is she really? I thought she was 14!' legit every time!
  13. More than once, I've been asked whether I was stood up or not, mostly in the science lab though!
  14. I can very rarely crop a photo of me and someone else well because the height difference is too much, it is ridiculous:')
  15. Saving the worst problem for last, I haaaate taller people in crowds, or anywhere in front of me when I want to see! It just as bad at the cinema too, I swear im one more giraffe away from pouring drinks on the seats in front of me so no one can sit there!!!
I know I sound really whingy but there are just as many perks to being short as there are cons! For one you use a lot less fake tan when you need to tan your full body, you can sneak up on people miles easier, leg room is rarely an issue,on any vehicle, you can buy shoes from the junior section, I actually love being short, no lie!

My ideal (Unrealistic fantasy) valentines day!

As you may know valentines day is right around the corner and because I'm single I wont be doing anything for it (completely not bothered though..). Just because I'm not doing anything, it doesn't stop me having ideas for what I'd like to do on valentines day and oh boy do I have a big imagination.

Okay so first off I'd like to wake up to breakfast in bed inc. eggs, bacon, pancakes.. the works! You might be thinking what's so unrealistic about that.. well I should add I'd like this to be in Paris (or Venice.. I'm not fussy) with an amazing view from my window.  After we've ate we'll go for a walk along a river and have a picnic and it will be lovely. We'll go to dinner in a nice restaurant where I'll be told that the next day we'll be going to disney land paris or for a gondola ride (is ride the right word). I can't think of anything else that is both unrealistic and that I would want but yeah there you go.

Now jokes aside I would literally be happy with a nice day at home.. I'd still want breakfast in bed but we'd both make it and then jump back into bed and eat it watching something on tv. Other than that there's nothing I wouldn't be happy with on valentines day (other than being left on my own or being actually left). We could do some baking together or go to the cinemas. Without sounding like 'that girl' who pretends downplay everything by saying they'd be happier with like a McDonald's or whatever.. I would genuinely love to go to a cafe  like a 'greasy spoon' (not as disgusting as it sounds) their my favourite type of cafe and type of place to eat.

So yeah, that is both my unrealistic and realistic valentines day. Just to reiterate the first one is entirely unrealistic, I wouldn't expect any of that on valentines day. On previous valentines, I've gone for a meal with friends or spent the night watching films again with friends. You don't have to have a boyfriend on valentines day you can share the love with anyone!

Don't worry.. Be Happy

I worry - A LOT and I wish I didn't and it probably wont even change but maybe having a written down example as to why I shouldn't worry will give me a sort of tangible reminder that it (the worrying thing) can be fine!

So last Wednesday I had a job interview and it was extremely important to me because it's a job I really want. After applying I had to wait over 3 weeks for a reply and as it was my second time applying for the role (different recruiting schemes) I wasn't optimistic at all but I was overjoyed when I saw I had an interview.
I decided (even though this was in November) that I wanted to be interviewed in January as it'd give me time to acclimatise and be prepared. It did work, I felt fully confident I knew what to do in the interview. On Wednesday I was going shopping with Hollie (I've mentioned her before) and we made it back a little late. I didn't panic too much because it wasn't too far away, I then looked at my confirmation email to check what I needed to take and found that I was supposed to attend 30 minutes before the interview.. queue a major panic!
I met Holl at the bus stop and cried my eyes out, I was so scared that I wouldn't be interviewed because of how late I was.. by the time I got there I was about an hour late including the turning up half an hour early. To calm me down Holl decided we'd be best off walking to another bus stop that was further away and all the while she was saying so much encouraging things ('you'll be fine, loads of people turn up late', 'they're not gonna say you can't be interviewed.. they'll probably be happier you came at all rather than leaving it') but in my head it just wasn't working, I wasn't able to calm down until I got there!
When I eventually made it there wasn't a single thing to worry about, the security guard confirmed everything holl was saying, apparently everyone had turned up late! The interview turned out to be the best interview I could've had, one of the interviewers was a slightly older version of me, the other interviewer was dumbstruck because of it!

The whole point of that story is that if I hadn't gone, if I didn't have my bestfriend calming me down I would have worried myself to a point of going home and regretting it for the rest of my life! Im certainly a 'when the going gets tough - the tough get going' kind of girl and I think I may always be and I don't know why.. I just really need to change it because one day I wont have people that will calm me down and I will just end up quitting and leaving it.

The moral of this post is: You'll never know unless you try.. don't just leave something without even giving it a go because you could end up seriously regretting it!

The other moral is: when your bestfriend tells you it'll be fine.. listen cause shes probably right!P.S. if your reading this holl, thank you so much, I honestly don't think I'd have gone if it hadn't been for you re-assuring me and convincing me it'd be fine, I cannot thank you enough, Love you!

So yeah, this was just to show that if you just try you never know what  could happen, I am for sure glad I tried and im sure you all will be!

Good bye 2014.. Hello 2015!

Now I can't exactly say this year has been a bad one because it has been full of amazing experiences and I have no regrets but at the same time I am ready to welcome 2015 with open arms, WIDE open arms. I've decided to do a recap of 2014 because not only is it nice to think over all the times I had this year, but I can share it with you guys because I started my blog over halfway through the year so yeah! Having thought about it I don't want to share the lows but just know there were some!

2014

  • University offers - So I got offers for the universities I really wanted to go to, and even though I didn't go to university I'm still happy I got those offers. To me it meant that they thought I was potentially good enough to go to the universities. Whether that's something that would give others comfort I don't know but it makes me happy! (Similarly I found out I had enough UCAS points to go to both my choices of uni)
  • Exam Results - So on the 14th of august like most 18 year olds in the UK I was waiting with bated breath to find out my exam results.. I was really happy with them because I had passed all of my exams, while I never got even close to an A (maybe not even a B) I was still happy because as hard as I worked I didn't think I'd have passed anything so to have passed I was just really happy!
  • 18 - So this year is the year that all of my friends turned 18 (minus 1 who was already 18) and it meant there were lots of 18th birthday parties and then after I had turned 18 - great nights out!
  • My Blog - So obviously this is a good part of my year.. I started my blog and have now been writing it for 4 months (and a bit) so Im still relatively new but I'm amazed at how far its come already.. I'm not too far off of 100 followers which to me in 4 months is great!

So this has been the main highlights of my 2014 and I mean the big things (my memory isn't the best so there are tonnes more that I can't think of) but I hope you all had a great 2014 and that 2015 is just as good if not better!

As a little footnote I'd like to add that in 2015 I would like my readers (while few.. I know you exist!) to interact more.. I would love for more readers to be leaving comments and things purely to put a name to a number! To try and kick start this I would like you to leave in the comments - what you enjoyed about 2014.. or your new years resolutions. Also don't be afraid of self promotion, if you have a blog leave me the link.. I'm always looking for more blogs to read!

It's Christmas time - 10 favourite christmas songs!

You know what I'm not feeling the Christmas spirit and I feel that it's mainly because I'm not at school or college and there's no  run-up like I'd be excited to be off school and there'd be Christmas films and assemblies and as well as that I'm just older now so I think the magic has worn off quite a bit and that's sad but hopefully if I have my own children one day the magic will return! Anyway back to the point of that little story, I want to be festive so I shall make a list of 10 of my favourite christmas songs and they'll all be linked so you can listen to them too and become more festive!
  1. Do They Know it's Christmas? - Band aid 20/30
  2. Winter Wonderland/dont worry be happy - pentatonix and tori kelly
  3. It's Beginning to Look A lot Like Christmas - Union J
  4. Happy Xmas (War is over) - John Lennon
  5. The fairy tale of new york - The pogues and Kirsty MacColl
  6. One more sleep - Leona Lewis
  7. Oh Santa - Mariah Carey
  8. Rockin around the christmas tree -  Mel and Kim
  9. Mistletoe - Justin Bieber
  10. I wish it could be christmas everyday - Wizzard
  11. santa tell me - Ariana Grande*
So this has been my favourite christmas songs, I hope you listen to them and get into the festive spirit and let me know in the comments your favourite christmas songs!

The Christmas Tag!

So it is 9 days until Christmas and I still haven't done a christmasy post so here we have the Christmas tag, Have a good one!

1. What is your favorite Christmas film?

My favourite Christmas film is probably elf, the grinch (I love doctor seuss) or a recent favourite 'A royal Christmas' with Lacey Chabert (Gretchen Wieners in mean girls). I much prefer Christmas specials of TV shows especially the Gavin and Stacey ones!

2. Have you ever had a White Christmas?

Yeah a few times, there have been times where it actually snows on Christmas, and others where it's been snowing a few days before Christmas. As many people will know the weather in the UK is very unpredictable, so much so that people place bets on whether there'll be a white Christmas or not, I'm not sure if that's a thing in other countries so let me know, but I just find it funny!

3. Where do you usually spend your holiday?

Most years it will start off with my mum and dad at home and then we go to my nana's or auntie's and we'll have dinner and spend the rest of the day there.

4. What is your favorite Christmas song?

I love Leona Lewis' 'one more sleep' but I like 'All I want for christmas' by mariah carey too.. I like all of the classics too like 'do they know it's christmas' by band aids 20 and 30 and 'simply having a wonderful christmas time' by paul mccartney. I love most christmas songs to be honest

5. Do you open any presents on Christmas Eve?

No, I never have actually, I used to beg my mum to after hearing her stories about how she used to open one because my nannie worked in a pub on the late shift on christmas eve but because mum didn't I wasn't ever allowed to!

6. Can you name all of Santa’s reindeer?

There is rudolph, dasher, prancer, cupid, donner, vixen, blitzen, comet is that it? I feel like there's 8 but I'm not checking cause I don't want to cheat.. If anyone would like to you can verify it for me in the comments haha!

7. What holiday traditions are you looking forward to most this year?

I'm not even sure if we have a tradition but I'm excited for the food cause it's my fave! I'm not even lying, I love sprouts!

8. Is your Christmas tree real or fake?

Sadly it's fake, mum doesn't want all the needles everywhere but its still pretty, its white and all the decorations are in a sort of monochrome theme

9. What is your all-time favorite holiday food/sweet treat?

Food would have to be the sprouts but for sweet treats, im not a sweet person like I have to be in the mood to eat sweets so I just like the quality streets!

10. Be honest: do you like giving gifts or receiving gifts better?

A bit of both because I love seeing the thought people have put into my presents and there is always something satisfying about ripping the paper off of the gifts but I do love going shopping and putting thought into other peoples presents and seeing there faces when they open it! Both make me really happy!

11. What is the best Christmas gift you’ve ever received?

Ooh I'm not sure, I always like everything I get so this is hard to decide, I think it might have been last year when I got my DSI XL and to be honest its not the DSI that I was happy about it was the fact that I used to have one before and it got stolen and I could hear my mum and dad talking about it without me knowing what it was and the excitement in their voices was just too much so them being so happy about it and that they made the effort to replace it made it a really good present!

12. What would be your dream place to visit for the holiday season?

You know what I'm not going to say New York like lots of other people would, I honestly think it would be horrible and crowded and ridculous and I don't think I'd enjoy it at all, I would however like to go somewhere like Paris or even Lapland but I'd be just as happy going to Scarborough to see my Nannie!

13. Are you a pro-present wrapper, or do you fail miserably?

It depends on the shape of the gift, if its just a normal square/rectangle box I can do it and it's fine but jumpers or any other thing I can't do at all!

14. Most memorable Holiday moment?

There are 2 both when I was really little, the first one was when my mum had gotten me and my brother the same stationary set but gender specific like mine was barbie I think and my brothers was tarzan but when she wrapped them she clearly forgot which one was which and when I opened it I had a tarzan one and I don't think I was too pleased and had to wait until I got to my nannies to swap it with jamie's. The second one I think was the year after and on christmas eve I was looking through the argos catalogue and found  barbie switchboard and I really wanted it, I'd never mentioned it to my mum at all until christmas eve and I begged and begged her to get me it and to my suprise when I woke up there it was, I think I must've been the happiest child ever!

15. What made you realize the truth about Santa?

I'm not even sure, I think it was just around the age when there are 'rumours' about it or it might have even been my brother, I feel like he would do something like that!

16. Do you make New Years resolutions? Do you stick to them?

I do all the time, I constantly make the typical weightloss one and never ever stick to it to be honest I don't stick to any of the resolutions I make its very annoying actually!

17. What makes the holidays special for you?

Just spending time with my family and us all having a really nice day together which is always cute and lovely!

I hope you enjoyed this post and it got you into the festive spirit because it got me into it! There'll be another christmasy post next monday but I hope you all have a wonderful christmas and that you have a nice time whatever you are doing!

Things life has taught me!

At the grand old age of 18 and a quarter I feel I have definitely learnt a lot about life so guess what here I am telling you all just what I have learnt, because that's what I do now, I tell strangers that I don't know a thing about.. massive details about my life!

  1. If you want something enough you can have it but not without working for it!
  2. Underage drinking is both good and bad.. as I've said before, I've drank alcohol since I was like 15 and it was good because I have now developed an understanding/better tolerance to the alcohol, like on my first night out I was able to drink a lot and still not be extremely drunk! The bad thing is that now after about 3 years, drinking is a bit boring, I think cause now I can legally drink and before I couldn't and there was more excitement but yeah, it does wear old!
  3. when you fall out with friends, it's not always the end of the world, if you're in the wrong you should still do everything you can to fix it and apologise and whatnot but if your not in the wrong or if after you try everything they still don't want to know you or make up you should just let it go and leave them to it because 9/10 if you truly tried everything you could, they'll come back and if not its cool!
  4. Crushes never last, they come quick and often but they end as quick as they came, it might not feel like it but they do, this is a fact proven by many!
  5. among the problems a young person can come across, there's always someone worse, so you should be grateful unless you are the someone that has it worse then we all feel for you!
  6. problems aren't problems for long they manage to be fixed after a while
  7. When you do something it has to be for you - you can't do something because your friends are or you're parents want you to, if you do or don't want to do something it's your choice no one else's!
  8. Not too long ago I learnt how important it is to own up to things straight away and people might think ah well that's something you should do anyway, in certain situations it isn't always that easy but I've realised that even in a hard situation where you might not feel like you can own up trust me if you don't it's 100% worse than what it could've been!
  9. At some point its best to let things go.. maybe not straight after because the person its being let go on may think what they did was acceptable and they are free to do it again but obviously their not.. I just mean don't hold on to it too long because then its only you getting hurt!
  10. Rome was definitely not built in a day.. if you really want something (just like in lesson 1) you will not get it without work and sometimes that might only take a day but not all the time, it will sometime take weeks.. just let life take it's course and it shall happen!
  11. Don't do things half arsed.. if you only put half of your effort into it it's probably going to be poo and you might have to do it all over again so why not do it right the first time?
  12. Don't throw ice over club balconies
  13. don't wear play suits to town
  14. don't drink too much before a night out because you'll end up ruining your best friends night by being sick and having to go home!

I can't think of any more so I'm going to leave it there but if I think of any more I shall make a part 2 because I am always learning lessons as I make many a mistake! I shall see you all next week with another post if you have something you want to see from me like advice on a certain topic or a q&a or just anything at all just leave it in the comments because I'm always looking for suggestions :) and I will see you next week!

The Liebster Award

Two posts in one week? What is this madness? Well as you can tell from the title it is the Liebster Award and I have been nominated for one by the lovely Danielle O'Rourke from the blog http://heartofdan.blogspot.co.uk/. Thank you so much .. I didn't even think people persistently read my blog (other than my friends, who I make do so!)

Im going to start by telling you 11 facts about myself that you dont already know:
  1. I attempted a monthly favourites post last month and decided that I couldn't choose what my favourite things were and then didn't end up finishing the post
  2. I am extremely indecisive, I can go to the shop for some crisps and not return for about half an hour, because I can't ever make up my mind!
  3. I try to leave my hair as long as possible (unless im doing something) before washing it so my hair stays healthy.. I only leave it 4 days at the limit though!
  4. I get really excited when post comes for me, even if its just a catalog
  5. My favourite film is harry potter (all of them, I could never choose just one) and not only do I want the deathly hallows symbol as a tattoo, I have a quote from the philosophers stone on my bedroom wall!
  6. I won an award for the most likely to become famous at my leavers prom
  7. I went to a religious half term club called fizz bang when I was little and we were in the northern echo - can't remember why though:')
  8. My favourite colours are lilac, the colour of blueberry barry m nail varnish and a reddy-pink colour
  9. I like everything to have a place, I have the normal things like a tv stand, a dresser, a wardrobe ect. but I also have things like boxes for earrings, boxes for bobbles and grips and a birthday bag where I keep my alcohol..
  10. My favourite perfume is the one direction - our moment one, its the nicest smell ever
  11. I am quarter italian on my biological dads side!

Next up is the 11 questions set by the nominator -

 1. If you could change one moment in time what would it be? You know what I'm a huge believer in things happen for a reason so I probably wouldn't change any moments as corny as it sounds, Im happy where I am in life and if I changed something, who knows what life would be like.. that said if I could change something I did I would revise more for exams so I could've got better grades

  2. Who is you're number one hero in life? My nannie (Gran) , she's always been the best role model ever, she's in like her 80's (im not specifically sure on her age) and she still gets up at 6:30 every morning and goes to work in her shop that she runs and on her only day off she goes to boot sales to get more stock (its a vintage shop) and if she can do that at her age and with her severity of arthritis, I know I can do anything

  3. If you could change one thing about the world then what would it be? (i.e. no war) I would change prejudice, it causes so much hate to so many different types and groups of people not just that but it's caused wars and so many petty arguments and if there were no prejudice, the only problems there would be is general wrong doings, so yeah!

  4. What is your favourite season? My favourite season has to be Autumn.. I love the brown leaves falling from the trees and the fact that there can still be warm days but there can be cold days too (every season in the UK) I also like Halloween and bonfire night, a lot!

  5. What is your least favourite type of weather? It's a toss up between snow and rain, I love both when im in the house and looking out of the window but if im out in either for too long I will not be happy at all!
  6. If you could choose one thing to be extremely good at what would it be? (i.e. singing) Cheering people up, even though my bestfriend tells me I can always cheer people up, I can't do it as quick as she can me, I usually do something like put a film on or say something awks that will make her laugh and then she'll be okay but I never know the right things to say so yeah, I wish I was a better cheerer upper
  7. What type of blog is your favourite to read? (i.e. photography, fashion etc.) I love beauty and lifestyle blogs. I like seeing 'favourites' blogs and anything about beauty and loooove reading posts like my own that are similar :)
  8. If you could choose to be any celebrity for a day who would you choose and why? I would be Selena Gomez, not only does she have great friends but her love life is cray and she knows/dated Niall Horan!
  9. What is the one dream in life that you want to come true? Marrying Niall Horan (Straight to the point!) I don't even care that I'm 18.. I am in love with Niall and I just think he's the cutest person ever and he seems v funny! (he's also beautiful)
  10. If you were a fruit what fruit would you be? I dont know what fruit I am so I'll do a quiz and let you know! Apparently I'm a banana because Im funny and never let anything get in the way of a joke, I make my friends laugh and my natural enemy is a Lemon.. that's good to know
  11. What is you're favourite song at the moment? There are 3 that I'll click on first in my playlist 'All about it - hoodie allen ft ed sheeran', 'As long as I got you - Lily Allen' and 'Mrs all american - 5 seconds of summer'

So now it's time to give my nominations.. These are people (with under 200 followers) whos blogs I love to read and don't miss a post!
Now my last person is a youtuber and has a fairly big youtube following but he is as new to blogging as I am and I love his blog as much as his channel so yeah :D

A - Z of me - 26 questions about me

Oh hey there.. is it that time of the week again? Well you'd best grab a drink and maybe a snack because this is the A - Z of me and we could be here a while!
A: If you were an ANIMAL, what would you be?
I would probably be a parrot (in the wild) because they can talk, maybe not wild ones though cause they wont encounter enough humans to learn words BUT they can fly around all the time and see beautiful sights and they apparently have the longest lifespan
B: BOOKS: What’s on your reading list?
at the moment I'm reading need by carrie jones which is to get me into the Halloween spirit because it's quite supernatural and is fitting to the time of year, I'm also in the process of reading mokee joe by peter j murray which again has a spooky theme to it but it's not that bad cause it's made for a young audience I've actually had it since I was about 7 or 8, I'll add the book cover and let you decide for yourself but I would be terrified if the monster from it came near me!
C: COMPULSIVE about anything?
A few things actually, I keep my highlighters in 'rainbow' order, my books are in genre order, my dvds are in genre and company order for example if there are two chick flicks made by universal - they will be together, also I can't stop clicking/cracking my knuckles
D: DREAMS – Do you…dream in colour? Remember your dreams? Keep a dream journal?
I do tend to dream in colour, well the ones I remember are in colour, I actually have quite realistic dreams, like I'll have dreams including people I know and they'll say things the person would say so some are actually quite memorable but I can never remember enough to write a dream journal, I wish I could though!
E: EATING – what’s your usual snack?
So I really don't eat very healthily, I wish I could but I just cant bring myself to so I mainly reach for a packet of crisps but I don't snack a lot through the day, I'll have a packet of crisps and maybe a chocolate bar at the most.
F: A few of your FAVOURITE Things
Nutty chocolate, tomato soup, my dog, tv, books, my family, my amazing friends, clicking my knuckles, rugby players of the welsh kind, copious amounts of alcohol
G: GIGGLES! What (or who) makes you laugh? Do you have a good sense of humor?
Puns make me laugh a lot, most comedy shows, most comedy films, myself, my best friend, lee evans(comedian), nick grimshaw(radio personality), russell howard(comedian) I mean, theres a lot more.. Im a cheap laugh, I find a lot of things funny
H: Major HOT Button:
Ignorance, people that don't accept change when it's clearly for the better, dying on flappy bird (yes I still play it), when people are only open to one way of thinking like they have one opinion and anything else that doesn't go with that opinion is wrong, when people want help and when you try to help they complain that everything your doing to help is wrong
I: I am…
Short. Funny(well I think so). friendly. forgiving. uninteresting. out of things I am
K: Also KNOWN As… Aliases? Screen names? A non de plume perhaps?
I wouldn't say I was known as anything, I use my own name for screen names, I don't have a pseudonym or anything like that.. Just Hayley, or hayl
L: I LOVE…
My Family and friends, good food, alcohol, reading, made in chelsea, my dog,
M: How do you feel about MEETING people? Do it all the time? Rarely? Parties or 1-on-1?
Im shy sometimes but I do love meeting new people, I like learning about people and stuff like that.
N: What’s the story of your NAME? Were you named after anyone? Do you go by a nickname? Any aliases?
My mum didn't know what she wanted to call me at all and then it came to me being born and she still didn't know so my brother decided I should be named after his friend who was obviously called Hayley, so yeah.. my middle name Louisa is from my grandma frances who died before I was born so I never got to meet her but I've heard great things
O: OBSERVANT – What’s around you right now? What do you see?
My laptop is right in front of me, my dog is laid on the floor next to my door, the tv is on and glue is about to start, I can see 3 bottles of water on my dressing table.. there are a lot of things in my room tbh
P: Who are the special PEOPLE in your life?
Well my parents I guess are the most important, my nannie is really important too I love her to pieces even if I haven't seen her in a while, I also love my brother cause he's great, obviously my friends are really important to me too because idk, when aren't friends important?
Q: Any little QUIRKS about yourself?
I am a compulsive knuckle clicker, I call 'coke' cola, I try on outfits and makeup constantly when I'm planning to go out or for a party, I talk too much and Im also a huge panicker like I unnecessarily worry if someone doesn't reply to a message on facebook or anything else, I have a specific way of eating and I don't know if its just me (let me know if you do the same) but when I'm eating a meal lets say a sunday dinner, I would eat the veg then the mash, then the chicken - like I do that with any meal!
R: What do you like to do for RECREATION?
I read, spend time with my friends, watch films, binge watch tv shows, blog, go to the gym
S: Do You SING in the Shower? In the car? For your friends?
I sing all the time, whether I'm any good is debatable but I definitely sing a lot, I aaaalways sing in the shower and bath because I don't like the silence.
T: What’s at the top of your TO DO list?
I'm not quite sure, I have no massive aspirations at the moment - I guess the usual things like travelling - do well idk
U: Any UNUSUAL experiences?
The only few that come to mind are from nights out in the town - the first one was when me and my friend jasmine were in a club just dancing and having a good time and there were two boys, not remotely attractive (not that I cared I was just uninterested in them) and they were dancing near us and they kept looking at us so I smiled just being nice and polite as you do and the tallest boy says "you's can give us the V whenever you's want" middlesborough town really is wonderful. The second one was on another night out we were in the second bar we usually go to on a night and we were quite drunk and I was dancing stood at my chair and I knocked my full jug of cocktail over and soaked myself, I went to the toilet to dry off and when I got back there was ice everywhere so I threw it at one friend who threw it back so I then threw it at another and carried on and when there was no where else to throw it I threw it off the balcony, just to see if it would hit anyone, me and hollie (you know who she is) carried on throwing ice and then hollie threw a ring and I don't know why, two minutes later, a bouncer was stood next to me telling me he saw what I was doing and I should stop because it was dangerous and I'll have to leave if I do it again.
V: VEGAS, Vienna, Venice, Vladivostok… How far have you travelled? What’s your favourite city?
I haven't travelled that much to be honest I've only stayed in the UK, I think the furthest I've been is Stone which is 169 miles away from where I live. My favourite place to go is probably Scarborough where I was born, it's just full of history, for the country and myself.
W: WINTER, Spring, Summer, Fall… What’s your favourite season? What makes it special?
Erm, I like summer the most because it's brighter and everyone's happier and people have bbq's and parties and its my birthday in the summer and its just great. I like winter too though because I like christmas and watching christmas films and snow and seeing people in the festive spirit
X: EXes…
I don't have many but they've never really bothered me, I'm still 'friends' with one
Y: Any secret/deep YEARNINGS?
I would really like to get a job that pays well and I can be comfortable best thing would be to be able to work from home, I don't know what doing though - not a secret though. There are some secret ones but I mean, they're a secret for a reason..
Z: ZERO to ZENITH – Where are you in your life? Still growing? On an upward (or downward) curve? Just skating along?
I mean, I guess I'm growing still, because im only young but I would also like to think im on an upward curve cause Im pretty happy with how my life is and how everything is going.
